I've contacted (email and/or phoned) the following to discuss the QC wash
situation.

And yet still, the garbage and feces is still in the wash and it still
looks like a landfill. The homeowners have not been fined and have not
done any cleanup.

Maybe I should contact the CDC (Center for Disease Control.)
