I watched this DVD yesterday, and while the ten questions asked of this kindly sweet man were excellent and had wonderful answers. What this movie was really about and what this movie really did was cover the plight of the Tibetan people in a way that I believe we all need to see! It was interesting to me that The Tibetan people looked to be of three different lineages or some mixtures of each. Some looked Chinese, some almost Caucasian and then there were the American Indian types ( they even dressed like it . . . including the turquoise). It made me think of how our American Indians WERE nearly exterminated by the European settlers, and how now these apparent ancestors of our first Americans are going through it all again now with the Chinese. No one was interested in this TIBETAN country, the size of Europe, for thousands of years, and then one day OVER HALF A CENTURY AGO the Chinese Soldiers started to arrive by the thousands Like Frenzied army ants swarming over the Himalayas. And next they sent the Chinese settlers by the tens of thousands. The people of Tibet were happy, peaceful, nonviolent Buddhist and never, ever raised a finger in protest. The Chinese government took their land, Imprisoned them, tortured them and have finally turned them into outcasts in their own land (sounds familiar). I'll end this movie review article with an eleventh question for the Dali lama... "Your holiness, how do you feel that the endless turning of the other cheek has worked out for you and your people?" And . . AMERICANS ! If and when the Chinese come, because of our debt, for what they'll claim as their OWN (our land and homes). . . this movie WILL MAKE IT ABSOLUTELY clear to YOU that we will need to thump them FAST and thump them HARD . . . no ever getting hit in the cheek in the first place. With or without our American governments support, we will need to resist. Watch this movie and you'll see how barbaric this communist Chinese government truly is. Ten questions for the Dali lama

| not even remotely suggesting anything Pre-Emptive, I promise you that thought never entered my mind. But if and when they (or anyone) attempts to over run us (maybe 50 years from now, maybe never {maybe already happened}). . . I think we must send them packing. Rent the movie
