Every day I when I wake up, I look foward to having that joyous laughter and seeing someone or something that makes me smile. In our busy lives we tend to forget the things that make us smile and laugh. Laughter is the best medicine when you're feeling sad or mad. The image of your true love or your beautiful children, that will bring a smile to your face and soul.
My days are filled with thoughts of family (which may cause other people distress) and friends that I am fortunate to have in my life. People manage to get caught up in all the pettiness of things that truly don't matter. It takes away from you the precious time you have to do the things you enjoy instead. Whether it be the guy on the road that cuts you off or the rudeness of a thoughtless person, just let it go. These are just examples of things that cause some people distress and make their blood pressure rise. Why waste your time surrounding yourself with the negative.
When you experience lives or loves lost it takes away your smile and laughter too, but that is only temporary. When we are told "live your life to the fullest", it's great advice. Seek out those that make you smile and laugh, and spend time with the ones you love and laugh.

And then you've got the doctors that hand out anti-depressants like its medecine and those drugs should be ILLegalized because of the background they have. I mean, how can an anti-depressant be legal when it just makes the deppression worse and a margin of the people taking the drugs end up breaking down or committing suicide.
So yeah, laughter is good but what can we do to make someone laugh? Jokes are starting to lose their power with some people and its kind of scary.
