While telling the country that it's time for all of us to sacrifice for future generations what do King Barry and Michelle Antoinette do?

Take a little tax payer financed "date" to New York City to keep a campaign promise to Michelle Antoinette. How bout keeping the campaign promise to the American people?

Michelle Obama and her daughters visit Paris

Then the First Family takes in a few sites in Paris.

Why not just say it Michelle?

LET THEM EAT CAKE!

It is ridiculous "articles" like this that prove that you are an un-serious, hypocritical, vindictive and foolish person. It shows you to be a hater with a severe case of Obama Derangement Syndrome.

It also shows that you have nothing of substance to contribute---it means you are a TROLL.

Barack Obama is the President of the United States of America. His job requires him to travel to foreign countries for a variety of reasons. Every President has done it (save a few early ones).

Every first lady has traveled to foreign countries-sometimes with their husband, sometimes alone.

The only times I critized Bush for his many vacations (record-breaking) was when he ignored President Daily Briefings that warned him of an impeding attack by Bin Laden (telling his briefer-"ok, you have covered your ass now") and doing NOTHING to notify enforcement agencies to ramp up their viligance.

And when an American city was drowning from a Cat 4/5 hurricane while he partied at his faux ranch and ate birthday cake with McCain in AZ.

And I didn't say anything about Cheney taking some time off to go drinking and hunting. However, I did have a problem with him shooting a guy in the face, neck and heart and not reporting it for hours.

If Michelle wants to take her kids to Paris for a couple days--so WHAT?

Oh, and for the record, the French and Germans asked Obama why he wasn't spending more time in their countries. Obama said he was a busy guy.

Rednecks like you can't appreciate a President and First Lady that have some class and enjoy culture. Or as a popular TV commentor asked ""Is this jealousy, or just nincompoop anti-intellectualism?"

PS, did everyone see the horrible way the French treated these Americans??? I mean, roaring crowds, well wishing til late at nite, throngs blocking the streets cheering. Oh wait, that ain't horrible, I guess they only hate douchebags like Bush.

True enough, Obama does enjoy the once in 5 month indulgence of an overnight jaunt to the theater district -- this coming from a man whose average work day begins at 7am and ends at 1am, seven days a week.

Bush's tastes were not so refined: 487 days total at Camp David and 490 day at the Crawford ranch. Add in Kennebunkport and his grand two-term total reaches 1020 days (35% of his presidency) away from the White House. And don't you sweat that one month long vacation to Crawford in August 2001 when Bush was too busy to respond to the PDB about "Bin Laden Determined to Strike in U.S.", or the guitar strumming vacation that was continued for an extra four days after the levees broke in New Orleans. These espisodes of an AWOL President were just anomalies in an otherwise stellar performance in office.

It's hard work.
