In this week's issue of Newsweek (May 5, 2008) a Ms. Spreitzer told a Newsweek reporter that she was against Obama because "his viewpoints and past is too flamboyant. It's more radical than I want to go........" Never mind that his viewpoints and ideas for the country are nearly the same as Hillary Clinton's -who Ms. Spreitzer is supporting.
But you know what really got this mental giant's goat? Well, she did some research and found that Obama wants to remove the bowling alley in the White House! (No, he does not-he made a joke that he would replace it with a basketball court.) But poor Ms. Spreitzer! This "really freaked me out" she said, "because no matter if he bowls or not, it's a historic thing that should never be changed." She was also concerned that Obama doesn't wear a flag pin. Newsflash Brenda, neither does Clinton or McCain.
And so now we know how the USA ends up with presidents like George W. Bush.
What should really FREAK people like Ms. Spreitzer out is that she could find herself without health insurance. That John McCain would have no problem spending billions of dollars every year to keep our troops in Iraq for 100 or 10,000 years. Oh shoot, off track---real issues don't matter!
She should be freaked out that Mrs. Clinton's husband used the Oval Office as his personal sexual playground, much like he used the Arkansas governors mansion in the same way. He lied to his family, his staff, his cabinet and the American people. He had a long history of adulterous behavior before his Lewinsky moment. She should be freaked out that Hillary has crawled into bed with the architect of the "vast wing conspiracy" (Richard Melon Scaife)
Bill Clinton's shameful and reckless behavior caused an impeachment trial (which shouldn't have taken place I might add) diverting the countries attention from other pressing matters.
Clinton and Gingrich were working on a bipartisan plan to fix Social Security. But Bill's fling killed it.
http://www.usnews.com/blogs/washington-whispers/2008/2/28/how-monica-killed-a-clinton-gingrich-pact.html
Then Clinton ordered airstrikes against Bin Laden's organization in Afghanistan and the Sudan. This action was widely criticized as a "Wag the Dog" maneuver to deflect attention from his impeachment/Monica problem.
Now I ask: Why did Hillary stay with a man who disgraced her personally multiple times with his adulterous and public affairs? Why didn't she distance herself-renounce and reject him for his UnAmerican activities which caused real harm to our fight on terror and social programs at home? What sort of judgment did Hillary show when she went on national television and defended her husband, touting his innocence, knowing full well that he was a serial adulterer?
Why has she stuck with the man for all these years? As Hillary says, you can't pick your family but you can pick your pastor. Well, unless she had an arranged marriage (and that case has been made in a different context) she picked her husband and could divorce him at any time.
And now Hillary wants to be President, leaving Bill as a bored first gentlemen roaming the halls of the White House. Can he control himself with the spotlight not shining quite so brightly on him as it was when he was President? When he is caught with another cigar moment, will it distract Hillary from doing the nations business? How will the country and world respond to Hillary when she is again victimized and humiliated by the reckless behavior of her husband?
I guess all will be okay as long as she doesn't "freak us out" by messing with that historic bowling alley in the White House.
Next, I am thinking of writing an article about Cindypills McCain stealing pain meds from the needy.
We know that the war in Iraq, the military buildup in the Persian gulf, torture, health care, the economy, the unitary executive theory, signing statements, spying on Americans without warrants, Gitmo, the housing crisis, etc are just insignificant gutterballs.
Brenda Spreitzer is what is wrong with America

| Tell us how you really feel. "And so now we know how the USA ends up with presidents like George W. Bush." That's funny, didn't you vote for Bush? Oh, right. Because you associated Al Gore with that filthy sex-addict Bill Clinton. Oh no! Guilt by association, wrong for Obama/Wright, right for Gore/Clinton. Brilliant. You know you had me going. I agreed with everything you said up until that point. Then you went down hill fast. "She should be freaked out that Mrs. Clinton's husband used the Oval Office as his personal sexual playground [... and] lied to his family, his staff, his cabinet and the American people" The gloves are off. No turning back now. We all knew you hated the Clintons. "Bill Clinton's shameful and reckless behavior caused an impeachment trial (which shouldn't have taken place I might add) diverting the countries attention from other pressing matters. [...] Clinton and Gingrich were working on a bipartisan plan to fix Social Security. But Bill's fling killed it." Never mind that it was a right-wing vendetta out to get Clinton. And never mind that Gingrich, your hero that was going to fix Social Security, and Bob Livingstone, and Henry Hyde were all caught in extramarital affairs as well. But you hate the Clintons. Are you jealous of them? "Why didn't she distance herself-renounce and reject [Bill] for his UnAmerican activities which caused real harm to our fight on terror and social programs at home? What sort of judgment did Hillary show when she went on national television and defended her husband, touting his innocence, knowing full well that he was a serial adulterer?" Now I think you're being sarcastic, and it's funny, but I'll address your subconscious hatred anyway. Half of all marriages fail in this country. It's common, more common in fact than attending a church in which the pastor says "God Damn America" every other week. For a woman to want to defend her husband against his public enemies is natural. It became "us against them;" I'm sure it would have been different if they weren't public figures. But go on, keep defending your true party, the Republican Party. "Cindypills McCain" That's a cheap shot, even for you. "We know that the war in Iraq, the military buildup in the Persian gulf, torture, health care, the economy, the unitary executive theory, signing statements, spying on Americans without warrants, Gitmo, the housing crisis, etc are just insignificant gutterballs." You really do think that Bush is a better president than Clinton. I've never heard you so passionately outspoken against Bush. Nice job defending Republicanism and helping Obama (not) get elected by disassociating yourselves from Bill Clinton. Worked for Al Gore, didn't it? |

I would explain it, but you seemed to think you know more about me than me! Really, you should get a Dr. Laura type radio show with that kind of skill. As far as the rest of your tirade, my little article pointing out the hypocrisy of Obama haters/Clinton supporters really left a mark, didn't it. You read this site Bob. You know that I am not some secret Republican. But for verification, you can ask AA. You got one thing right. The gloves are off. I kept my powder dry while you posted your Obama slam articles, but I have had it. But if you want to know what the right wingers are going to fling at Clinton I just given you a little taste. There is a lot more than a pastor problem for Hillary. |

Really, you should get a Dr. Laura type radio show with that kind of skill.... View this Comment Here's the problem: I don't care for either of them. I like Bill Clinton; I don't care about Hillary or Obama or McCain. I speak the truth, and it is the truth even if your mind won't allow it to be absorbed. The truth is this: Hillary has always been more electable than Obama, but that's not saying much for Hillary. Why? Obama played the race card, as I knew he eventually would. It doesn't take a political scientist to predict these things. And it doesn't take one to predict that Obama has divided the Democratic Party. Of course Hillary isn't innocent, as she continues to stay in the race and deepen the divide and animosity. Say what you want about Hillary! Write another 9 articles to "get even." I don't care. I supported my candidate and I know that my vote or principles aren't for sale to anyone or any party. Yeah, I sleep fine at night because I'm not one of those people who automatically jump on the bandwagon of a one-hit wonder, flavor of the week, teeny bopper, rock star politician. I know a fraud when I see one and I know a loser when I see one. It must be my superior instinct. Ahhhhhh... |
