| Hmmmm, I dunno - a water theme park in a sleepy, dusty desert... Progressive business attitude? There must be some progressive way all those minimum wage jobs fit in to the economy - will those employees be taught the Hopi rain dance s a perk? |

| Thanks to your input the Arizona State Senate passed Senate Bill 1450 last week by a 17-11 vote. This will facilitate the construction and financing of Decades Music Theme Park here in Arizona! All of this is happening quickly. Please email the following members of the Arizona House Commerce Committee today! We need a big victory there to keep the momentum going.

View this Comment I have heard the both Six Flags and Sea World, yes Sea World are looking in the West Valley for land to buy. My issue with this is the funding by bond from the State of Arizona. If it was closer to Phoenix Metro area, hell even Goodyear, Scottsdale, Glendale or Buckeye, I think it would have a better chance for success. I will not say they won't build it, I will however say that once they do, the clock will be ticking for the sell off sale of for a Six Flags to come in, take it over, rename it and run it. I think the State should have allowed then to build whatever they wanted to build, so long as they finance it themselves. |
