I though I'd run down this years ballot measures because you're all entitled to my opinion. Just kidding, but though it'd be a fun debate and if we find something we can all agreee on, we'll have an unoffical gauge as to the accuracy of the voting machines when the results are finalized.
So lets review how you need to vote.
Prop 100 (Bail for Illegals) NO. I'm told by my lawyer that this is a Generaly Dumb Public (GDP) wedge issue. Laws already exist to hold any flight risk criminal over for trial, legal or illegal
Prop 101 (Property Tax) SOLID YES, Anything that limits taxes is a good thing in my book
Prop 102 (Punitive Damage for Illegals) NO, I see this being abused by business A LOT. ACME Chemical needs a PCB spill cleaned up and picks Juan up at the local 7-11 and sends him in with no protection or knowledege about that white stuff is on the floor. Two weeks later Juans dead or worse, his pecker has fallen off. Juan cant sue for punitive damage
Prop 103 (English only) HELL YES, lets forget the phrase "lost in translation" for a minute. It's just the right thing to do
Prop 104 (Municipal Debt) LUKEWARM NO, I'm never for allowing government to finance more debt and this prop will allow incorporated cities to add things to the list of items they can deficit spend on.
Prop 105 & 106 (Both State Trust Land Use) NO ON BOTH. I hate the small print in both. 105 is unmanageable and 106 puts to much power in the hands of an un-elected "board" Both are ripe for abuse
Prop 107 (Gay Marriage) HELL NO, Government doesn't belong in my wallet, gun safe and bedroom. STAY OUT!!!
Prop 200 (Voter reward) NO NO NO. A stupid law for stupid people who have no business voting. I want a knowledge test to vote!
Prop 201 and 206 (Smoking Nanny) HELL NO ON BOTH, Listen people, where does this nanny state mentaltiy end. Do we need Body Fat Index Cops outside McDonalds before people say wait a minute, I can decide for myself
Prop 202 (Minimum Wage) NO, havent we lost enough jobs. Free markets please. PS if you're raising a family on $5.15 you and your children need to be sterilized. The gene pool needs a little chlorine.
Prop 203 (Tobbaco Tax for More Socialism) NOOOOOOOOOO, F NO!!! Has anyone even read this whole ballot measure and not wanted to lay open a vein? It's pure feel good socialism that even my very liberal mother rejects. Take a tip from Ma and reject this measure out of pure vagueness
Prop 204 (Livestock Treatment) NO, I like eating tortured meats
Prop 205 (Vote by Mail) NOT SURE, NEED HELP. I don't like the idea of voting by mail but haven't compared what was to what is to make an informed decision on which is worse. It's my opinion that you should be proud to stand in line and vote in fixed elections
Prop 207 (Eminent Domain) YES But with reservations. The fine print leaves it open to abuse by politicans and developers, but so does the old system.
Prop 300 ( Teaching Illegals) YES If I'm going to be forced at gun point to provide education for everyone in this state, they should at least be here legally
Prop 301 (Meth crimes) NO. Lets end the War on our Liberty, sorry drugs
Prop 302 (Gov Pay Raise) NO. Just because I hate politicans. I want them poor and beging for food on a street corners. Seriously though, they don't deserve it, none of them.

Digg It!

"Prop 202 (Minimum Wage) NO, havent we lost enough jobs. Free markets please. PS if you're raising a family on $5.15 you and your children need to be sterilized. The gene pool needs a little chlorine." I literally spit soda out my mouth when I read this. Too true.
I agree across the board, except the Gay marriage, I say yes, stop letting people get stuff they have not earned. I have to 16 and pass a test to drive, I have to pass a test to get a diploma, and you have to be married to be considered a couple who can enjoy the benefits of such.
On 201 and 206 you are dead right, to hell with private property rights I guess, let the bar owners lose their ass as long as your kid who shouldnt be in the bar to begin with don't in hale smoke. Both of these are bulls***.
And 203, didn't we just have a 1 billion dollar surplus we were so proud of, use some of that money, or better yet, give it back to the people you took it from... US.
And the punitive damage one I disagree with also, sorry, they are illegal, they sholuld be in Mexico anyway, waiting for a visa, not working here to begin with, you get no protections from me.
