I experienced some changes recently in my VOICE service. I know it was covered at one point in an article that Bob Toad put out, but after actually experiencing it I called to verify that nothing was wrong on my end. Turns out it was wrong on my end I am betting at least a few of you are having the same issue and may not even know it.

When you log in a blue box names "My Control Panel" appears on the right hand side of the page just under the header. In the bottom right hand corner of that box is a line that says "Show Me:". You have a choice of Local or All Content. If you are not seeing something something that you know was on the page before, check that setting, you may have put it on Local Content and are looking for an article that is now part of All Content.
