EXCERPT: live to see the day when a person of color would be elected President of the United States! I'm a boomer and remember, as a child, seeing the Berlin Wall being built; and the poignancy as family and friends were ripped apart! The Soviet Union finally collapsed of its own weight; I always thought that these events would occur.
