EXCERPT: Yesterday, because I still have some dentin left on my molars, I decided to listen to Sean Hannity on the radio.
He had the good Christian Pastor Mike Huckabee on his radio show. Apparently Huck has written a book entitled "Do the Right Thing." Huckabee told the Hannity radio audience (and I am ashamed to admit that I was one of them) that if we just followed the "Golden Rule"---do unto Good ole Huckleberry was on his best Baptist Minister podium. ...

EXCERPT: Hey everyone!
Hate getting all that junk mail? Me too.
According to polls 89% of Americans don't want that crap that fills up our mailboxes, trash cans and eventually our landfills.
Wish there was a way to opt of out getting junk mail, just like the great "Do Not Call" program that the Feds instituted a few years ago?
Well, don't hold your breath.
Apparently, the USPS is fighting every effort to keep you from getting so much Junk Mail. ...

EXCERPT: Hey. Anyone seen June? Anyone seen Postman?
I know that neither are shrinking violets. Postman, while I disagree with him on basic philosophical issues, is not a hack that would hide because McCain lost.
June has to be celebrating someplace! Where are you June?
June! Postman! Come...

EXCERPT: Boy, this election has really gotten away from McCain. The Casper Wyoming hometown paper of Dick Cheney, the Casper Star-Tribune endorsed Obama. Not only endorsed him, but ripped the current occupants of the White House.
Here is a snippet:
The next occupant of the White House will inherit a national economy that’s collapsing and two wars our nation has been fighting for years, depleting valuable resources we need to fix a multitude of domestic problems. Far too...

EXCERPT: A cut and paste in the best (recent) tradition of know It All.
For the past two months, a major American magazine and an allied news service have been engaged in a legal battle with the United States Navy over records that they believe show that John McCain once was involved in an automobile accident that injured or, perhaps, killed another individual.
Vanity Fair magazine and the National Security News Service claim to have knowledge "developed from first-hand...

EXCERPT: What the hell is going on with the McCain campaign? First, McCain selects Sarah Palin as his running mate, obviously without any type of vetting. She has proven to be a drag on the ticket and not qualified for either the VP or Presidency. Seriously, anyone running for public office, much less the VP, that can't name a newspaper that he/she reads is either ignorant or uninformed or both. And I won't even get into the things that the McCain campaign is...

EXCERPT: Yesterday, Colin Powell announced his support of Barack Obama for the Presidency of the United States. This endorsement was met with derision from many on the unhinged Right, most vehemently by Rush Limbaugh who yelled into his EIB microphone "It was TOTALLY ABOUT RACE!"
Let me introduce you to Ken Adelman. Big time Rightie. A cheerleader for the Iraq invasion. I remember watching Adelman in the run up the Iraq war talking about cakewalks, and our troops...

EXCERPT: The Right has become completely unhinged. The hinges were loose, but the door is now swinging wildly.
To Wit:
This picture of Obama giving a speech in Ohio was meet with alarm by the unhinged righties:
My God, they said. Obama, (the Muslim) had co-opted the American flag and made it his own. Look, he made the stars a Big O!!
That flag is actually the Ohio State flag. The "O" stands for Ohio (helpful hint for 2 cents)
Then there is this intellectual giant:...

EXCERPT: By now, most of us have heard of the Alaskan Independence Party because of the nomination of Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin as Vice President. The AIP at the very least wants a vote on secession from the USA or, more likely, complete independence.
The AIP was founded by Joe Vogler who said that he had no use for American and her damned institutions, so I think it is safe to say that the AIP is full tilt to independence.
Some say that the AIP is a harmless political...

EXCERPT: Yes. It is true. A screenshot of the debate tonight. Barack Obama loves this county. He is wearing a flag pin.
John McCain is not.
Therefore, based on Republican/Rightwing talking points from the last year, we can ONLY conclude that Obama loves America more than John McCain.
Election:...
