Will George W. Bush go down in history as the worst president?

How much less, The Antichrist?

First and foremost will be his relentless prosecution of the War on Terror. It is within this context that Bush will be most favorably viewed.

Yes, as the final bankruptor of a wannabe empire.....

Secondly and perhaps more importantly will be his use of the military for proactive combating aggressive states prior to their direct incursion into other nations. This will be the most hotly debated issue he leaves us for future historians to mull over.

I doubt he will unseat Hitler, unless his INVASION of the Middle East really does led to world war....
I would put him currently behind Napoleon, Ghengis Khan, Alexander and a number of Romans....but he does have the potential to start an Armaggeddon or at least a nuclear conflagration.....

History is written by the victors, with our massive debt, and poor foreign policies, America probably will NOT write the history...

He will probably go down, just like his buddie, Jeffy Guckert.....as a prostitute...pretending to be military..

What did Adolph Hitler accomplish in his 12 years as Der Fuehrer?  It depends on who you ask.  Some say nothing, I say:

·        Family values

·        (Aryan super race, genocide for Jews, enslavement for the Slavic undermenchen)

·        stepped up the security of this nation

·        (rearmed secretly in violation of the Treaty of Versailles)

·        income tax cuts

·        (No income for Jews, mentally disabled, gypsies, etc.)

·        death tax

·        (Property and wealth confiscated from Jews, mentally disabled, gypsies, etc sent to the death camps)

·          increased benefits for vets and salary

·          (Example: Eastern front Wehrmacht soldiers used news papers under their summer uniforms to help avoid the freezing cold on the Russia front because it would not have looked good to the folks back home to see winter gear being shipped out, which would put the lie to the everything is improving and troops will be back before winter propaganda )

·          banned partial birth abortions

·          (banned birth to defectives through sterilization program)

·          continued to support our allies worldwide including Israel

·          (Tripartite Pact established the Axis powers consisting of Germany, Italy and Japan, kinda supported German Jewish exodus to Palestine in the early years.)

·        attack on terrorists and those who support them

·        ( 1- Austria; 2- Alsace Lorraine; 3- The Sudetenland (Chamberlain’s “Peace in our time”); 3- the rest of Czechoslovakia; 4 – Poland; 5 – France; 6 – Russia.  Certainly terrorists all and to be greatly feared and hated! )

·        no matter how unpopular he is in the polls he stays strong for what he believes is the good of the country.

·        (Popular in the 1930s with Krupp and the industrial barons, Germanic women, including Wagner’s granddaughter, the non-Jewish German population in general.  Not quite so popular  in 1945)
United the country after 911

·        (United the country with the Enabling Act, a “Patriotic Act” that gave him ‘temporary’ unfettered power, blaming the terrorist Treaty of Versailles, jews and the communist terrorists for all of Germany’s problems.)

·        ended Sadams regime and liberated the Iraqi people to have the freedom to vote

·        (Ended Democracy of various degrees in conquered nations, most notably in the fledgling but very Democratic Republic of Czechoslovakia. )
  
He has made many errors …

·        Lost sight of reality, out of touch with the people, blamed the German people for the disastrous turn of his fortunes.

·        His approval rating was 70% after 911 and hit 49% in 2005.  His approval rating continued to decline to its lowest today around 20%?

·        fatal arrogance increased dramatically with each success pre-Stalingrad, and only got worse as his thousand year Third Reich disintegrated around him.

·        Considering we still are fighting in two unpopular wars, the economy is suffering and he is up against a majority democratic congress who wants to take over the white house, his support has dwindled.

·         started a two front war over the objections of his top military commanders and the lessons of history.

Like Truman, Ford, Carter and Nixon, Bush's presidency won't look so bad as time goes by, for the worst president hasn't taken office yet.   

Dream on. 

If you look back in history at approval ratings, no one is happy or satisfied with the current president.
