I don't even know where to begin. To start with, how about all the double standards that minorities practice against Whites? No Black, or Hispanic, or any other Minority ethnic persuasion would ever tolerate any White person saying anything alluding to White Pride or White Power. Why the racism monitors such as Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, who probably spend hours combing what people write for racism, would be up in arms.

 You have to have your African Americans, Native Americans, every other ethnic class of American, but when it comes to the Caucasian White Boy, I am just that, just a simple American. It doesn't matter if I may have Scotch, Irish, and Dutch in me I am only an American. A White with all sorts of names thrown in my direction. That's ok they say. If not ok it continues. So it must be ok.  But let me call a Hispanic a Spick, or a Black a derogatory name and I am racist big time. But let them call me a honky, a cracker, White Boy, Whitey and again that is ok. If not ok it continues. So it must be ok.

You have all these Historical days for Blacks and Minorities, college funds for Blacks, Black colleges, Blacks in Government, Black churches, etc. That's ok. If not ok it continues. So it must be ok.Imagine someone nowadays saying White only college or White only church. Discrimination and racism charges here we come. Why?

Why do caucasians accept that? If they don't why is there not more of an outcry against this double standard?

Why are all of these things acceptable to minorities as a given but Whites can't say anything positive about Whites in the manner they may want to as just basic pride for fear of racism charges? If not acceptable it must be. Because it continues.This is a bogus attitude entrenched in this society which is frightening. Another frightening attitude is this separate but equal BS. What's this? Their own Workmen's Comp, their own Social Security Admin., their own schools, clubs, news agencies, banks, employment agencies? What a crock! Down the street from me we have Hispanic Community Services Agency, Hispanic Car Loan Agency, car dealers with Mexican flags above them(makes me feel like doing something drastic).At work there was a new Latino Magazine with the latest edition saying "126 reasons to be proud to be a Latino". An Ebony magazine with "Black Power" printed boldly on the cover. Under the idea of equality the publisher should be charged with discrimination and racism. No, that won't work. Only Whites are racist. . I guarantee no "White" magazine would ever get by doing that. They would be sued or the Publishers fined big time. This stuff is blatant, in your face, and a disgrace.

I've heard people say "Well, that's just sticks and stones. Look what they have gone through". BS! I am tired of being Minorities Whipping posts for their victimization attitudes for things I had nothing to do with. I don't want to be their "White whipping post". It is the principle of the thing. Where have I heard "the principle of the thing" before? Now I know. Many, many times growing up. The principle of the thing sees to be lost and passe now. It is simply basic right and wrong to me.

I hear about all the violence committed against Blacks. If a White police officer does something to a Black suspect here we go, they are deliberately hassling the Blacks. If anyone pulls over a Hispanic for any reason, of which there are none good enough for them, here comes the racial profiling and the law just won't leave them alone, or so they say. They are picking on their civil rights. What about all the crime in the ghettos? A most dangerous place to be for Blacks against Blacks isn't it?

I've been passed over for promotion at work and I haven't got any reason, according to Blacks and minorities, to beech about it. But to them being passed over, the EEO is right there.

It doesn't matter how much money society spends to bring minorities out of poverty. Many are content to languish there and then continue to believe they are a victim no matter what happens to them. No matter how little effort they put out to get out of their ghetto. It doesn't matter what you do for a lot of people. They will always use the race card, if you are a Minority, and a lot of Whites are never satisfied either, always wanting something handed to them.  There are many people out there that no matter how nice you are to them, they want to slap your face and then want you to turn so they can slap the other one.

I can't wait for someone giving any perceived good  reason as to why this is a legitimate attitude on their part(I fail to see it), and why this idea that there can be everything for Minorities, either symbolically or a public demonstration to celebrate their existence, but a White cannot allude to anything positive about our race without having the book thrown at us for racism or discrimination, often times with dire consequences of termination of employment or being charged by law enforcement.

But Minorities can flaunt their Heritage with pride as the most natural thing in the world. It doesn't wash. Obama, in his never ending race relations improvement quest, should speak to this that if anything is needed for race relations improvement it is the idea that equality is across the board in all aspects, and Minorities need to stop this double standard. That may be too big a risk, even though just and proper for the theory of equality, because that may offend his "brothas" who may always feel they are entitled to rub this crap in our faces.

If a person can't see the basic right and wrong of this then it is lost. If they delve in to all kinds of sociological, environmental, and historical causes as legitimate then it will continue to fester and be a thorn in the overall improvement and genuine equalizing of the races, at least in simple discourse as human beings.

If you feel this is legitimate for them for some reason, then it is also a lost cause and race relations will always be distant and never complete. I myself believe accountability is the key and a person should be held liable for their actions as a Minority or White and this double standard of Minorities being able to bombard Whites with their Black Power and other racial epithets towards Whites should stop.

This is rehashing the rehash but this has been an eternal probelm and needs to go away.
