Where's THE man? He's disappeared! For good? Someone say it isn't so!

I returned from a short trip to discover a squabble over the VoA radio show had gone down in William's article - BAA wagging a self-righteous finger in Mick's face, talking about dirty laundry and Bob Toad engaged in a long-winded defensive lecture. But Mick's comment that apparently elicited those responses was censored.

It's obvious there was a disagreement about the conduct of the radio show and, based on some of Mr. Toad's remarks, I conclude Mick threatened to leave.

I could care less about the disagreement - I've posted my opinion of the show which Mr. Toad, "one of the creators of and lead voices behind the Voice of North America", has seen fit to ignore (sobeit!) - but I am concerned that we may have lost one of the VoA members who ranks pretty high up on the contributor totem pole.

Can anyone tell me/us if MoronInCharge will be back?

Thanks for your post, Mr. Toad - I guess it says butt out?

I've reread your referenced replies to William and, because I don't see my name mentioned, I can only speculate which remarks were directed to me - it's immaterial. I understand the VoA decision about the radio show and, so long as my input was considered, I'm OK. Hope you are, too.

Fascinating that you were a Biden supporter, too! I'm a twice-disappointed one - this time around and back in the late 80s when I went door-to-door for him in suburban VA. Alas! Maybe SecState the next time around?

Yes, I too have missed MoronInCharge. But I thought his absence was temporary, as it has been on other occasions.

June, this is the first I am aware of this. Thank you.

I am pretty much out of the inner loop. I have other commitments and don’t get involved like many of the rest of you do. I don’t have time at the moment to try to explore this. But the tip of the iceberg seems threatening, and I will dive down to explore what is underneath.

Suffice it to say right now that MoronInCharge is a cornerstone here at the VofA site. I want to see him back as a regular participant.

I might add that participants come and go. Some simply fade into the background and surface now and again in response to something they have monitored. Others, such as rdrover, a MoronInCharge class contributor, seem to disappear completely. I hate to see that, and I hope MoronInCharge is not going to disappear, or even fade.

Who really gives a s***?

What's your fixation with "Doc" about, Adam? You are leaving me with the impression that the "Doc" did some fantastic breast enhancements on you to go along with your gloppy snatch that's seen more truck stop toilets than a Teamsters regular.

Actually, having read your comment Adam, it appears that the Doc is the one getting f***ed in the truck stops. Say, is it your assertion that he was toe-tapping as well? And perhaps that'll explain his disappearance. Maybe the good old "Doc" is in police custody after being apprehended in a Utah truck stop bathroom sex sting?
