When I was visiting the voice of America's office, I began talking to one of the employee and he said one thing I need to do was pick a subject and write about my conviction. Here go.
Get the he** out of Iraq before we lose any more of a proud service person. The death of the Lake Havasu soldier and the death of the serviceman who mom lives in Bullhead City. This really bought the point home. I see no benefit of this war to the American people and if it was about freedom for the Iraq people, that would be one thing but the people have been fighting among themselves for thousands of year. We(USA) will not make a different. The Middle East is an hard area to figure out and the extremist of the Islam religion even harder. God will goes before me and show me the way.
I repeat, bring out troops home and lets take care of our country inside the borders.

I was touched by sadness as I read your recounting of the funeral you attended. Every American should be forced to attend such a service to witness the grief that accompanies the senseless loss of a fallen soldier.
The war comes to Lake Havasu and Bullhead City was a superb description. Indeed, this war only comes home in flagdraped coffins. That's a fact that this Administration has effectively hidden and that's worse than criminal!
I'd caution you about assessing blame for violence in the world in terms of religious affiliation. Remember our born-again Christian president sent troops half way around the world to pick a fight with Muslims whose only "transgression" was being an Iraqi.
May your words and Cindy Sheehan's spirit move us all to reject this war and this president!
