Every week I am going to post comments about Companies that we should not give are business to. Also I will post companies that are Ripping off their customers.
Today it's VERIZON SUPER PAGES

REASON: If you place an ad on Verizon Super Pages and have them debit your bank account you are screwed. For 6 months this company has been trying to cancel an ad placed on VERIZON SUPER PAGES. The reason they are trying to cancel for 6 months is every time they phone the company the person at VERIZON SUPER PAGES tells them it will take 72 hours to have someone get back to them. Guess what they never get back to them nor do they cancel ad. Today was a great day for VERIZON SUPER PAGES. When the company was told again that someone would get back to them in 72 hours the owner of the company said no I want to speak to a supervisor but Naquisha said she was the supervisor and that’s it deal with it.

So the owner called back hoping to talk to someone else he got MELLISA @ extension 3367 who said immediately when she found out who it was that you were told it takes 72 hours. Now Mellisa was even worse than the first. She told him nobody gets to talk to the supervisor so forget about it.
She was then asked if this was a publicly traded company, her answer it's none of your business. Needless to say the owner went to the bank and halted payment.
In reality should a small business owner have to deal with these people, wasting hours of their day dealing with these companies that just don't give a damn?

I suggest any time you run into a company that strings you out screws you around and wastes hours of your time. Send them a bill for time wasted and let them know you are going to charge them for the time you are on hold or if you must call them back.
And if you are the owner and CEO of your company bill them according to how much their CEO makes.

example; Verizons CEO

Mr. Ivan G. Seidenberg , 59
Chairman and Chief Exec. Officer
$ 4.93M
$ 671.00K

Lawrence T. Babbio Jr., 61
Vice Chairman and Pres
$ 2.87M
$ 530.00K

Ms. Doreen A. Toben , 56
Chief Financial Officer and Exec. VP
$ 1.79M
$ 17.00K

Mr. Dennis F. Strigl , 59
Exec. VP, Chief Exec. Officer of Verizon Wireless and Pres of Verizon Wireless
$ 2.81M
$ 0
How do you think the people listed above would like to deal with Naquisha or Mellisa. They probably wouldn't. Send them a bill for your time. And if they don't pay you subpoena their CEO to small claims court for non-payment. It might get you some attention. OOPS I believe small claims court will only let you go as high as $2000. Verizons CEO makes $2370.00 per hour. Well you know what I am trying to say.
