SUBJECT: New World Ownership  (NWO) – Call for a Working Rough Draft for 2015.

RE: Jackass Economics for backgrounder.

Now that the Average American Consumer, henceforth and forthwith to be identified as JACKASS (Jerks And Credit Knuckleheads Are So Susceptible) has been rendered powerless and shares a level playing field with China, it is safe to move forward openly in the near future with our plans to level the rest of the world.

The NWO shall replace Committee of Postwar Security (COPS - see backgrounder for history).   COPS will be disbanded.  Implementation of the global government will be the direct responsibility of the NWO.

Suggestions from POWER members should follow these guidelines: 

o         There shall be no nation states. 

o         Commerce and movement of labor shall be borderless. 

o         POWER will analyze commercial needs and redirect populations to fulfill requirements for:

·          most economical Labor availability;

·          optimum Consumer (JACKASS included) density.

o         Regional authority, accountable directly to POWER, shall be established for population control:

·          tailored to the region and the current population; 

·          for mandatory population monitoring and POWER directive execution.

o         War will be analyzed and governed by a subcommittee of POWER to meet:

·          economic needs;

·          population control requirements. 

o         Religion will be analyzed and governed by a subcommittee of POWER where necessary  to meet:

·          economic needs;

·          war objectives. 

Submit your suggestions and comments within the scope and boundaries of these guidelines.  Once the steering committee has analyzed and sifted these suggestions, subsequent memos will “flesh out” each of the topics above.
