Our glorious Leader Dubya had trashed the US Constitution, and has been in violation of hundreds of US laws, and international treaties including the Geneva Eccords- which have been ratified by the US Senate and as such are US law. One of the people who had been swept up in this mess, a Mr Hamdan, had sued to force the US government to afford him his rights under the Geneva Convention.
WELLLLL, while at the Supreme Court, on appeal, our Senator John Kyl along with Sen. Lindsey Graham created false senate deliberations, inserted them into the Senate record, and then presented them to the US Supreme Court as evidence of the intentions of the US Senate.
Now, for those keeping score at home, that is perjury, fraud, and good ol' fashioned lying. This troll deserves to get ridden outta town on a rail, not re-elected. Or better yet, tied up, honey smeared on his body, a picture of Jeff Gannon Guckert pasted on his face, and thrown naked to Mark Foley, George Dubya, Jim Kolbe, and Karl Rove.

| Save your breath, KYL wins easy. This will help you bitch for another few years and use your hate speech. This will show the majority of people disagree with you. Kyl or Peterson? Give me a break. Wake up.

Such confidence!!! Although it seems likely the Democrats will take the House, and perhaps the Senate as well, I do not dare to say it is a done deal. That would be foolish with such close races. The latest poll has Pederson trailing Kyl by only 4.5%, less than the poll's margin of error. Several months ago I would have thought that in this conservative stronghold of Arizona, Pederson didn't have a chance. Now Kyl could be facing a stunning upset defeat. I'm not wagering you any elk dinners on this one tony, and if I were you I wouldn't start swaggering either.

There will be many new voters shooting kyl down because of his shady move with online gambling. There are many online poker players in this state, and every single one of them got the word about what kyl pulled with sticking the anti-online-gambling legislation in with a port security bill. I will never vote for him, or anyone who supports him, or anyone who is trying to take one of my favorite online past times away. So if you bet sports or play poker online, kyl is your enemy, and you must vote him down. OK, that's all I have to say about that.

What Kyl did to online gambling, he has done over and over again to our Constitution by being a rubber stamp for Bush. He has done it to hundreds of thousands of Iraqis and nearly 3000 U.S. troops for the same reason. I wouldn't elect him for animal control officer. I do think he would make a fine pick as our new and last Viceroy to Iraq.

The only thing missing from the Kyl/Bush lovefest is Kyl's semen stained blue suit. I am sure that it is in a closet someplace-probably the same closet where those listed above were hiding.

Hey now for my 11th hour predictions- House seats, Dems gain 31 Senate seats, Dems win RI, PA, OH, MT, VA, MO, and hold NJ and MD and R's win TN, hold AZ, and Lieberman wins, switches to Republican. Which is a net gain of 6 for Dems. Governors - Dems gain 8 Govs, and control of 10 plus state legislatures. And Tonyd, the point isn't that Kyl won't win, but that after the election he may face an investigation into possible criminal conduct. And if found to have broken the law he may actually go to prison.

The whole process of inserting page after page of documents into the Congressional Record (as I think happened here) is terrible. When I was in high school, my neighbor, a mailman, got this publication and showed it to me. It was, back then, an exact record of the votes and discussions in Congress. It has changed over the years and now is almost meaningless. Staffers insert all kinds of documents in it, after hours, partly to show constituents back home what the Rep/Senator has done for them . . . Also, just as bad, when a Congressman makes a terrible flub or horrible error speaking, they can later edit it....This is outrageous, as is your example. I don't know what procedure Congress would have to amend to fix this . . . but asking those guys and gals to police themselves is like asking someone if they would voluntarily pay more taxes . . . I would support any Congressional candidate who would promise to return the Congressional Record to what it was, and what it was intended to be. --KZ
