Great. Glad you got a chuckle, rdrover.

Research (or maybe someone just stumbled over it) has shown that the human mind recognizes a word, even though its letters have been jumbled, so long as the first and last letter are in place.

Taking that to the next level, Dubya Talk is a reflection of Bush Think, A set of jumbled facts (or not) between a couple of truths (or at least givens), presented incoherently but with the semantics intact to those that can decipher it.

Example of Bush Think: [9/11 tckiet to do wahetver I dman wlel plaeas War Persdinet epmreor at War we are ulnimetid cesaer pwoer ucnehcked fcuk the law Cnotsitution Cnogerss and the Aemrcian poelpe turotre War on Terror!]
