The way I see it, Scooter's indictment is intended to get his, and the rest of the administration's attention.
Ideally, he takes a look at the possible 30 year sentence, and as the trial nears, he starts squirming and suddenly 'remembers' some of the facts. The lid blows off the whole war based on lies, war-profiteering thing and the administration goes down in flames. Fuuture presidents and presidential wannabees get their notice that NO ONE in America is above the law.
I fear that the reality will be closer to this: Scooter takes one for the team. Gets whatever sentence he gets - independent of the changing leaves on the aspen trees. After languishing a year or so (by the time the trial is over) in prison, after the 2008 election so as not to hinder Jeb's and the repugnant party's chances, the idiot prince pardons him on the way out of office. The only lessons learned willl be the wrong ones. Call me a pessimist, but I watch what's going on and this is what I see coming. I hope I'm wrong!

| great insite rawbears, I too feel that you are very close to the incorrect application of correction in the system. As I'v stated previously, the only action for the repugnants to take is that which will forward the cause, not meet out justice. good job, good job. Jailer |

Digg It!

Bush also needs to answer for all of the deaths in Iraq based on a LIE! It will be a devasting time in our lives if Jeb is put into office. Do you suppose they are trying to create a Bush Dynasty here. I say plant more trees so these criminals can no longer hide behind the Bushes.
