No, but I will, Dear Mody!  What we're witnessing is a reframing of McSame's campaign - can't run on the GOP's threadbare laissez faire policies - whether in the platform or McSame's dreams - can't croticize Bush, can't defend McSame's record since 2000 so what's a mother to do?  Import a drop dead gorgeous unknown to bash Obama!

ABC ran a very harsh report on troopergate.

CNN is ticked over the Larry King snub.

His campaign is running against the media and it's beginning to backfire in a big way.

If the corporate media believes in nothing else it believes in it's own power and influence.

I see where the foaming at the mouth fool attacking NOVAM and DAILY KOS gave itself five stars right out of the cage – as is expected of the self congratulatory neocon dolts that have deigned to speak for true and honorable Conservatives.

4 - External links relating to self-promotion shall be posted in a comment, but in a way that does not involve "spamming" the site
5 & 6 - Reprinted articles should be posted with a source credit and original commentary and explanations
7 - Personal attacks should be avoided

I would add one more, but who am I to amend such a bill?

8 - Comments must be related to the topic of the article at hand [we discussed the addition of threaded comments for "tangents," as described by MIC]

My personal opinion is that the rating (star system) is a poor indicator of the quality of an article.  I would propose that the rating system be either removed or modified to support itemized ratings, such as the ability to rate the content, presentation, etc.  Obviously more thought needs to be put into this idea.

As for appointing a moderator, that would be interesting.  The chosen one would be given special "editing" power but be required to exercise that power impartially.  In essence, we are looking for a George Washington figure.

Regarding the article:  A correction. Referring to  Sarah Palin as Miss Alaska is incorrect, her title is Governor Sarah Palin, of Alaska who just so  happens to have won a beauty pageant  in her younger days. That is nothing to be ashamed of.....I will refrain from talking about Biden or Obamas early years.
