Well we are several weeks into this Rummy thing and the man still sits at the helm. How's that for loyalty. What does this dips*** from Texas think he's doing being loyal to a man who has stood by taken more crap than McNamarra? Where does he get off acting like he's the President of the United States?

OOOPS, he is the President of the United States. I guess that does give him the right to appoint whom he wants to any cabinet position and I guess he does get to make the call on when they leave. He is the "Decider" on what happens and does not happen. Hell, I had misunderestimated this guy.

I thought we the people had the right to make policy decisions and pick who serves in all those important jobs, but I guess we elected him to do it. Oh well. I guess we will just have to watch from the sidelines and boo and jeer his decisions, not that he listens. He actually thinks he is in charge of his administration. Sure the Constitution makes it pretty clear how these things work. The President chooses his cabinet, the Congress then confirms them, then we bitch and make him change it when we don't like the guy anymore, right? Maybe that last part isn't in there...hold on, let me look...

Crap, nope, not in there. I guess this explains Condi and Dick too. Hold on again... ya, that's what I was afraid of, he gets to keep them too. 

I guess this representative government thing is for real. We elect the people to run the country, they get to control who serves in what capacity, Congress signs off on them with informed consent, them we... wait, what do we do again?

Found it, NOTHING. Unless the guy does something illegal and we can prove it, not even Congress can do anything about it, nor the Courts.

There are some ways to change it. Impeachment, but that takes a lot of votes, probably not going to happen. There's a recall, no wait, that one doesn't appear to pertain to the President, a vote of "no confidence" perhaps. Crap, that's just in those other "demcracies".

I know... Next time let's get more than 120,000,000 people to vote. Ya, that's it. Then when we have another Republican President and he wins with the biggest vote tally in American history like this President did, we can have that guy do everything we want.
