It was early in the morning when the baker at a frys grocery store was working in the back. I suppose not being supervised causes most to become more of a slacker, But when it swerves into gross It is time to speak! I know I will never buy from a grocery store bakery again, because at least if it is prepackaged in some factory I don't have to see the violations cause to the donuts or rolls. This little man was sticking his bare hand into a bowl of frosting and then letting it drip onto the rolls. No glove. He could have been putting it on with a brush or been wearing a plastic glove. but once again I shake my head and smirk . . . no glove. I don't know if that hand was washed or had just been useing the restroom 15 feet away. I don't know if he had the flu or just licked his fingers to answer the phone. I don't know if he had an itch or a scratch or aids or just a bogger? All I do know is I won't ever buy from a grocery store bakery again, unless it is prepackaged. This baker was so brazen in the use of his fingers he didn't stop when he knew I spied him. Been doing it that way for maybe a lifetime.
More hands on than I would have cared to know
