If I may be so bold as to enter the fray here...

What the Hell are you whining about now Moron? I will tell you that I think your banning was a delight for you giving you some new martyr status that you can again beat us all about the head and shoulders with. " Oh poor MIC, he was so abused by the man". Get the f*** over yourself.

Second... If the wildly successful parent company wants to lower its involvement from here on out why is that any business of yours, or any of ours for that matter. This is their ball, not ours, and if they want to take it home at the end of the day they can. The fact that they go home and leave the ball at the park for us to play with is something we might periodically want to thank them for.

Third... The bulls*** crying about not being able to defend yourself wrapped in a gun-slinger metaphor. What a pathetic preemptive attempt to explain away your inability to stand up for what you believe in. You can either debate the issues in a manner the produces results or you can debate in the manner of "Genghis Khan" as John Kerry (a loser icon who also could not sell his wares), attempting to slash and burn as you go while making personality insults the primary reasoning for not liking either a comment, a political belief or an article.

As for the signing in anonymously, I actually agree with Indie. How lazy are we? However, I could see one benefit to it, I could write an article as I usually would but without the incredibly recognizable Average American moniker, my equally recognizable and beloved sign off (But what would I know;...) and a complete lack of anything interesting or relevant, and it just might get those coveted stars the masses ask for. If only it was a motivation for me, to be liked as much as liberals need to be liked, to be revered for the overabundance of good intention and desire to help that they put into every project that never pans out. It is this near obsessive compulsion to be missed when gone, to be welcomed aloud by the community at large upon ones triumphant return despite placing ones self in exile by your own actions.
Each time I read long drawn out retorts by these impassioned yet misguided liberals I can see them constantly fight the desire to type in bold print NEED ME, NEED ME, SOMEBODY SAY YOU NEED ME. It is a akin to watching a child in the room with a baby sibling for the first time, "Am I not important?". Let me help you because I hate to see other suffer, and this goes to all of you...

NO, you are not important. Neither am I. While I admit I am the biggest thing in my life, as you are in yours, beyond the immediate scope of your family and friends you lose massive influence as you stray farther from your personal orbit. So by the time you show up here, you simply cease to matter.

Now the same does not apply to everyone. This is the heart of what makes liberals so indignant about inequity. MIC is one of the few on this site who, like myself
(but to a far lesser degree), has achieved some mild celebrity at least up to the point of the anonymity provided by the site. This of course is a thorn he will never admit too but we all see it clearly, he can't be me. And that to a conservative is a gift in itself. Your individuality is paramount to your self worth. Desiring to be as others are is going eat you up. Jealousy over others who have more than you as you apply your best of intention liberal shtick isn't ever going to be enough to bring to drink the water, you'll be lucky to get them to the well.

"I want you to have yours, but I'm not going to give it out of mine." This is the the view liberalism has of the conservative side of the aisle. Well they are half right. Again selective hearing of comments made by a thousand intellectuals can indeed a bad impression make.
Simple remove the period and continue with "but I'll teach how to do it too because I believe in you to achieve."

That's not greed it's seed. Seeds grow and produce new flowers who die off in winter and seed others who grow larger and cycle continues (until some republican bastard digs oil out of the ground and kills the flowers) as it has since the dawn of time. Wealth, security, positivity and success are sprung from the ground by these same physical laws.

Liberals understand this concept they just get it screwed up by adding so much BULLs*** (or fertilizer) to the soil they burn the seedlings up making them dependent on the constant flush of water to give them any chance to survive. Then when they do die, "I tried" should somehow elicit applause?

I'm actually happy to see Water Boy back at it. He does empower the left to be just that much crazier.

But what would I know; I'm just an Average American.
