In an age where everything can be fixed, when it comes to our health, to our body, fixing seems to be the primary road to health.

Talk to anyone, and we know that our nutrients should come from our food supply.  We also know that no matter how healthy we are eating, we can't get enough nutrition to maintain our health.  If we could, health care wouldn't be in such a state of crisis.  With every ache or pain that we experience, no matter how minor or how severe, we rely on the medical community or the drug companies to fix it, no matter what the consequence.  We take isolated vitamins to help keep us healthy, knowing full well, that most of it goes down the toilet.  We do it anyway because we have been programmed to believe that the road to health is through fixing our body with drugs and feeding our bodies with food that is seriously depleted of nutrients and supplementing that with isolated vitamins that the body really doesn't know what to do with.  Do these help?  Of course!  So does alcohol when you want to wind down, or marijuana when you want to escape from it all.  And just like marijuana or alcohol, drugs and isolated vitamins are a temporary fix -a bandaid if you will.

The truth of the matter is that the only way to experience vibrant health is by eating nutrient rich whole foods and to eat a large variety of them.  Highly nutritous whole foods where the synergistic life force remains in tact, is the only tool the body recognizes as the means to bring itself into balance and order, and it is the only product that the body expends the smallest amount of energy to process.

So what happens when you have a whole food with the synergistic life force in tact, that is highly concentrated?  When one eats this, the body begins to regenerate.  What that means is that the body begins to heal itself.  Our bodies were designed to do that.   It just needs the right tools in a high enough quantity, quality and variety.  Those tools are whole foods - foods that have NOT been irradiated, fumigated, genetically altered or grown in nutritionally depleted soil.  These foods are availabe.  You just have to be open to receiving them as an alternative to the path of medicine.

To take this concept a step further, our health is not dependent only on the stuff we put in our bodies, but on a variety of other things such as exercise, but it doesn't stop there.  We are multidimensional beings.  Our health also comes from the thoughts we think, the programs we have bought into, the beliefs that drive our lives- both conscious and subcconscious - and the vibrational frequencies that emanate from us.  When all of these things are in balance or operating on the same page, if you will, then you begin to experience real freedom.  And that's what we are really here for, isn't it?  Freedom!  The freedom to live life on our terms.  To be free or not to be free begins with the choices we make, what we feed our bodies, the beliefs we adopt and the resulting  vibration that emanates from these choices.
