Heard this on Air America yesterday afternoon, was so angry I was gritting my teeth.....

How's this for our ALLEGEDLY compassionate Government:

31 BILLION tax cut for the wealthy.

7 BILLION for Gulf Coast rebuilding

153 MILLION in scrawny, little tax cuts for those serving in the Gulf invasion/war. Allowing them to use their

combat pay so they qualify for the earned income credit.

This is a complete disgrace!!! These brave young men & women are being asked to sacrafice everything

for this bulls*** "war" - and this is how our congress "rewards" them. It was bad enough to severly reduece

the benefits from VA PROMISED to them when they enlisted, now they get slapped in the face with this

tax pittance.

PLEASE try and find a way to mention this disgraceful sham to everyone who is even vaguely listening. Maybe, it will

get through so that the mid term elections in 2006 will see a bunch of these worthless to most of us bastards hitting

the streets.
