This is a chart from US Central Command dated Oct 18, 2006. It assess the situation in Iraq. Note this chart didn't come from a left wing site or "hater's" of GWB. It is directly from the US CENTRAL COMMAND.
Today, November 1, President Bush announced that Donald Rumsfeld would remain as Secretary of Defense until the end of Bush's term. Bush said that Rumsfeld is doing a "fantastic job."
Bush added: "I'm pleased with the progress we're making."
Perhaps someone should explain to the Idiot-in-Chief that the RED part is BAD and the GREEN part is good.
Pleased with the progress we are making? Please, please, someone tell me what progress has been made.
Are the Iraqi's dying at a lesser rate today then they were when they voted the first, second or third time? NO
Do the Iraqi's have more or less electricity than they did pre-war? LESS
Is the American presence in Iraq diminishing as the 'Iraqi's stand-up"? NO
Is the region safer? NO
It looks like Bush is going to be pleased as hell to let Rumsfeld do a fantastic job of letting the meter progress all the way to blood red.
