For the customer and the corporation. I'll bet that's embroidered in every Republican capitalists boxers, or briefs whatever.

I'm inspired by an article today in the NY-Times of all places, you know that paper the Neocons love to hate. The article was entitled "Blocking Mexican Trucks. At first I thought it to be an article in support of blocking those trucks, but instead it was pro Mexican trucks! I did a double take.

First and foremost, I've seen Mexican trucks. We don't need to let those trucks travel on our highways. We have set a standard here in the US and the vehicles I've seen don't come anywhere near those standards.

The article brings up competitive pricing and I say that's Union Busting! They want to allow the Mexican truckers to undercut hard working Teamsters who have paid a price for where their at. We already allow construction crews to come in here and do complete remodels. This is taking the money out of the hands of American craftsmen.

Of course the corporations want them in, it helps their bottom line. Undercut the truckers while the CEOs reap million dollar bonuses. Whens the last time you remember a Corp Officer giving back, instead of the employees, in order for the company to be profitable. They feed it to us in the disguise of lower prices, "If those damn truckers would just let the Mexicans in we'd be able to give you lower prices" Bull! The lower prices equate to a lower standard of living and once again we've let a foreign country come in and take us back just a little more. Soon we'll be the third world country asking for hand outs.

This will only put American truckers out of business. Is that whats good for America?
