I am not saying that Barry Goldwater or Ronald Reagan supported tyranny – far from it.  I am saying that Conservatives must be cautious of allowing wholesome Conservatism to develop into Fascism/Nazism or Corporatism.

Not the companies who owe a combined $78 billion to the taxpayers and are poised to ask for more, it's the big banks who are "out of control" who are crushing mainstreet, blah, blah, blah.

Constitutional? As San Fran Nanny says "Your joking, right?" AZ Mod must recall FDR's Progryssve fascist National Recovery Act replete with wage and price controls as well as a spiffy Nazi evoking eagle symbol. You do recall the NRA as well as much of the New Deal was found to be unConstitutional don't you AZ Mod? What was FDR's response, try to pack the SCOTUS with compliant toadies, wrecking the Constitutional checks and balance of the 3 branches, a classic National Socialist response. Obamacare seeks to bring healthcare businesses under exclusive government control rewarding loyalists PHARMA, AARP and labor cartels while pricing and benefits are dictated by the Federal government. Curiously AZ Mod regards this fascistic usurpation of the Constitution by the Federal government as evidence of corporatism.
