When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to express their complete and utter frustration in the face of mindless disruptive attacks by another deeply disturbed man, and in the face of repeated appeals to the said individual to respect the opinions of mankind, the people continue to be denied their separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, then they must appeal to the powers of the earth (a.k.a. Voice of Arizona) and declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, and thus appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People, ask that William be banned from this site, for a while at least, say 200 years.
