The ACLU is a communist/racist organization. They’re primary concern has always been for minorities. While a noble cause to be sure, it is a mask for thier true intentions. They want all people to be equal in all things, well, we aren't and we will never be. All people, Black, White, Hispanic, Asian, we all have different talents. If the ACLU wants minorities to have equal opprotunity, they already do. All they do is tie up our courts with bogus law suits about race and hate crimes, this is idiocy.
 
They fight the ban on gay marriage even though most of Americana believe that gay marriage is wrong. But they will try to force something we don't want down our throats.
 
Where are they on the McCain Feingold finance act? This is a blatant attack on the first amendment. If I want to put up a sign supporting my candidate I can't 60 days before the election, that's infringing on my freedom of speech.  
  
Az Moderate, what the hell has been added to the bill of rights? Not a damn thing. You are giving credit for that to the ACLU? Get real. If they wanted it in there under this so called dictator it would be there already.
 
This is just like the straw man you guys come up with on the wire tapping. Who has had their rights violated? Name one person prosecuted unjustly based on phone taps from overseas calls. Name one person prosecuted for anything based on this government program. You can’t, they don’t exist.
 
Let’s look at the Fourth Amendment for a minute: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Do you see anything in there about international phone calls, I don’t. Do you see anything about the phone companies which are licensed by the government being prohibited from turning over information about what numbers you call and how long you talk to those numbers? I don’t. So why are you all getting so upset that your government, which you accuse of so poorly connecting the dots prior to 9/11, doing everything within it’s legal authority to defend this country from enemies both foreign and domestic. I can get the same info from the phone company, so can you.

And the Gitmo deal; let it go. I still can not understand how people can defend these people who were openly trying to kill our people. It's as if none of you remember what happened. I don't care if they wiped their asses with the Koran, made pictures of Allah having sex with a horse, or hocked up batteries to these a******s nuts. They were trying to kill you and me. They deserve to be treated like the animals they are. ANd don't give me this theoretical line of crap, "What if it was your kid in there because of something he said on the phone?" It wouldn't be, they have yet to arrest anyone who has not been involved in some act of terrorism. If they had, the ACLU would have paraded them into the lime light by now.

Do you see anything in there that sounds even remotely pro-American, I don’t. This organization does not want the United States to be the United States, they want us to become like the rest of the world. Well folks, sorry, but the rest of the world isn’t perfect. This is a planet on which people starve to death daily because food isn’t distributed, food sent from the Evil USA. This is a world where tyrants dream of killing Americans in their sleep because we killed their dear old dad while he was strapping a pipe bomb on his own kid.  And this is a world where the number one giver of money to the U.N. and to the World Bank and to the world in general is vilified by dictators from third world countries all because the Evil USA gave them an equal vote in the U.N.
 
And as for civil rights, I guess you and the rest of the pack of idiots want us to pay Blacks for slavery, that's something the ACLU promotes. Why? I have never owned a slave and there isn't a Black person that’s been born here who has ever been one. A ton of people have had it hard. My ancestors were Irish, where's my check for the s*** we went through when we got here, or the Jews, where's the Germans with the checks for them.
 
Some of us realize that the sins of the father and not meant to be paid for by the son. If the Black community as a whole would stop this pity party they have held onto to 40 plus years and stop marching to the likes of a******s like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton who have done nothing for them at all, and start taking advantage of the freedom they have here in America NOW, they might find that like Colon Powell and Condi Rice and a host of others who have made it on their own, they can do it too.
 
It disgusts me to think that after all the years of history, after all the things that America has done to offer hope to these people that they still have the guts to ask for money for something that happened a hundred plus years ago. At least when we gave restitution to the Japanese who we interned during WWII we were returning something that was theirs that we, a living generation took from them, a living generation.
 
The Indians should be pissed about the very idea of paying these people a dime after what was done to them.
 
Back to the ACLU, they are actively trying to restore voting rights to felons. What the hell are they thinking? Why on Earth would you restore something to someone who has committed a felony? What possible purpose could that serve? Voters for the Democratic Party perhaps, since they have a horrible record on crime and doing what is right in regards to criminals. Where do you think the cable TV’s and weight rooms came from in prison, it was ACLU law suits. They cry about overcrowded prisons, well, don’t commit crime and you won’t be there.
 
This is how the average American sees the world. If you people who think you are so much smarter than the rest of us really were, you would take time to understand what we think and why. We don’t run around feeling about s***. So Abu’s daddy didn’t hug him enough, not an excuse to kill Jews.  So Bill’s daddy didn’t throw the ball around with him enough, no excuse for selling drugs. So Pedro’s mom came to America illegally and then gave birth to him, still not an excuse to allow his grandparents a free pass to come to America. So you stole a Social Security Number and have lived here and paid you taxes, still no excuse for coming here illegally. So you daughters a lesbian and now you think homosexuality is ok, still no excuse for allowing gay marriage. You don’t think it’s ok for a robber to break into your house and steal your stuff because he’s broke now do you.
 
Get out of the coffee houses, go to a bar, get out of your circle of influence and meet a real person who an opinion other than yours.
 
And quit telling me and others that we are wrong to think this way.
